* An installer build consists of the application, and run-time engines required to install the application on a new PC. This could include various additional run-time engines required for the software to work (eg MAX, VISA etc)
** Application builds are the builds of the .exe which is required to run the application. A run-time engine (free download from NI) or from a built installer may be required.

Remote Assistance

If required, we can fix many issues remotely. This is particularly useful when testing code that requires physical hardware connections or if we're helping troubleshoot a bug with you. We also find this technique helpful if we're working collaboratively on a project and you need some advice or support to solve a tricky problem.
